back to school...digitally!

I was totally inspired by a recent post on Jessica Sprague's blog, and I decided to CASE (copy and share everything) one of the digital layouts. The original layout is by Shannon Bogan.

I can't decide if I like digital scrapbooking or not...I like that it doesn't leave a mess or require me to leave the house to shop for needed supplies, but I've never printed any of my layouts and I'm not sure I'll like the smooth look. For online and magazine publishing, digital looks just as great as traditional paper scrapping. So I guess both have their advantages.

Charlotte started kindergarten this week and it wasn't an entirely happy event. While she has certainly cried when we left her at daycare before, I expected her to breeze through this. Not quite, but by day 2 she was over the tears.

All of the paper and elements can be purchased through Jessica Sprague's website. I used Photoshop Elements for Mac, but I'm pretty sure these files will work with other Photoshop products.
